Every Barefoot Studio Yoga instructor is verifiably certified to offer guidance so each student receives maximum benefit within his/her capability, safely. Our caring and knowledgeable Yogis offer personalized direction on proper alignment, technique, exertion, and modifications. Beyond what our instructors offer, many Yoginis have found a joyful and supportive community among peers in their favorite classes. “Yoga is like ice cream. Everybody loves it, each person just has to find the flavor to suit them.” Since age five, Brianna has nurtured a passion for healing, exercise, and nutrition. Throughout her youth, her fascination with the body’s form and capability led her to dance, cheerleading, and body sculpting through weight training. She met her need to heal first by becoming a certified medical massage therapist, then later a licensed esthetician, and finally a certified Yoga instructor. Equipped with countless hours of self-study, 600 hours of certified training, and specialized study in Pranayama/breath, pre-natal and restorative Yoga, and palpatory therapy, Brianna founded Barefoot Studio in 2011. Believing that “joy isn’t real joy unless you share it with someone else,” Brianna imparts her knowledge and shares her philosophy of achieving joy through movement in the Yoga studio daily. From Hatha to Yin, and Power Flow to Yoga Nidra practice, Brianna revels in the daily opportunity to guide students through the exploration of their capabilities and needs.
