About
Hello and thank you for considering practicing and learning yoga from me! I have been teaching to all ages and abilities since 2004-I have a lot of experience with beginners, older people and alternative ways to practice (in a chair for example). My goal is to teach my student the foundational practices of yoga and design a practice that works for you at the level you are at. I have done over 500 hours of training and am very well qualified to teach yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation. I look forward to serving you!
I am passionate about sharing yoga with you-I am also an active student, always finding new ways of refining my skills and taking on new trainings that will broaden the scope of my offerings! I love introducing the practice to complete beginners because I know how beneficial it will be. I am patient, compassionate, intellegent and most of all eager to serve others in any way I can.
