About
Focus Yoga KC provides an inviting yoga environment for individuals with differing physical and intellectual capabilities. We work with students to combine movement, meditation, and breathing exercises to create feelings of empowerment and self-esteem.
Having the opportunity to show people that they CAN do things that they have been told they can't do is something I love about teaching yoga. I love to meet new clients and watch them gain a sense of empowerment throughout their practice.
