About
Inspired by my teachers, peers and students, my main focus in each class I teach is proper alignment and safety. I use descriptive cues to guide my students through challenging transitions and into progressively more intense asanas. Expect detailed instructions, pranayama exercises and positive affirmations to heighten self awareness and increase the benefits of each posture. I aim to guide each student through a transformational yoga experience that leaves them feeling successful, renewed and empowered.
