About
In a society where everything and everyone seems to be fast paced, trying to keep up with work, bills, and deadlines, and finding themselves ultimately deprived of balance, I’d like to help raise awareness around the importance of slowing down and finding time for healing and restoration of mind, body, and soul.
Through an intentional and holistic approach, I hope to be able to make a difference by guiding those in need and in search of a little self care. Relief is one of my favorite feelings. I have discovered that when we are aware of what the body needs, and actively engage in meeting those needs, we’re consciously choosing to maintain good health. My motivation is to provide a service that will transform and empower people to enrich their lives through yoga, massage and health education.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I teach at the level of my clients experience. I spend time asking questions to get to clients and their goals a little bit better and then I create a sequence/session that will best meet their needs along with their body's needs.
