Pilates: traditional and post physical Therapy.
Yoga: power/Vinyasa/Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
Personal Training: weights, Circuit Training, Cardio (can combine Yoga,Pilates or Barre exercises). Focus on posture, core, and balance.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess their needs and customize their work out to suit their individual goals. I use all types of fitness modalities . Including, yoga, Pilates, sculpt, Barre and circuit training. I have over 15 years experience with all levels.
