I practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught yoga for the past decade. I also teach meditation and help you to differentiate the inner and outer influences in your life. Then you can navigate between those and make better choices for yourself. My training is in sport psychology and I help athletes, business people, and high stress positions to perform in the toughest of circumstances.
Picking the best of both worlds: the gentleness of yoga and the toughness and resilience from sport psychology, I have a multidisciplinary approach to offer my clients and I'm passionate about empowering them at every step!
