About this pro

Hi! If you're looking for a powerful Vinyasa flow, you've come to the right teacher. I am all about alignment, safety, and creativity in my classes. Vinyasa means to place with intention. In my class, we will place intentions on our breathe, movement, & placement of the body.

My passion for teaching stems from the passion behind my teachers before me. My mission is to serve others through the healing art of yoga. My background comes from YogaWorks teacher training, which includes 200 hours of intensive in class training. I have also continued studies in workshops, both physical and spiritual, to remain a student and a teacher.

I enjoy everything about what I do! I believe fully that to teach yoga is my Dharma, or life calling. I enjoy creating a class for my students where the flow is simple yet effective. I also enjoy teaching my students how yoga cultivates an abundance of self-love. It is my goal to aid the student in creating daily practices of self-care & self-love.

Rachel's calm yet enthusiastic energy is unlike any other yoga teacher I've been to in LA. She is truly passionate about the classes she teaches and has a special way of connecting with fellow yogis. She is a sweetheart and truly intuitive. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an enjoyable yet challenging Vinyasa flow class!
