About this pro

I offer yoga that will de-stress your mind,  strengthen your body, and nourish your soul.

I teach wisdom from the yoga sutras followed by a yoga sequence designed to meet you where you're at.

I received my yoga education in Boston from top yoga trainers in 2017. I continue to learn and adapt my teaching to keep up with the best methods for my clients.

Lastly, I offer reiki during savasana to balance your chakra energy and leave you feeling grounded and renewed. Experience an upgrade with me!

I enjoy healing my students through the art of yoga. The poses detoxify your body, your breath will calm you, and the wisdom of the sutras will leave you in a better head space. It's my honor to provide the space for this healing.

I really love connecting with others where they're at and allowing them to shed layers that otherwise weigh them down from the joy of life!

Rachel's calm yet enthusiastic energy is unlike any other yoga teacher I've been to in LA. She is truly passionate about the classes she teaches and has a special way of connecting with fellow yogis. She is a sweetheart and truly intuitive. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an enjoyable yet challenging Vinyasa flow class!
