About
Yoga is for everyone. My hope is that the student and I connect and create a yoga class that will fit their needs, whether that is more strength, flexibility, inner peace, serenity... the benefits of yoga are endless and can be experienced by all!
Yoga teaching is my passion. I have been told that the way I teach is refreshing, clear, and unique. I love being able to offer this kind of energy to my students.
