What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to speak with you to know what your goals are physically and emotionally is key for me to design a customized plan for sequences to practice, nutrition if needed.
With the 3 forms of Yoga that I teach (power, yin, trauma informed yoga) you will be able to move through your physical, emotional and spiritual constraints caused by trauma,PTSD/CPTSD. I have extensive experience teaching athletes, trauma surv and anyone wanting to deepen their yogic practice, lose unwanted pounds and tone your body. Wherever you'd like to be health wise, I can help you get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga instructor and specialize in Yin, power, yoga psychology and trauma informed yoga. Whether it be for attaining overal physical or emotional health or losing weight and toning up I can and will get you results.
I also have been certified in The Traum-Conscious Yoga Method for anyone who has PTSD/CPTSD. As well as Advanced Yoga psychology and somatic therapy.

I charge $50 per hr for a one time customized yoga sequence and if you would like help with nutrition, we can make arrangements for extra time.
Discounts are applied for signing up for a customized monthly plan at
$100/month for 1 lesson per week
$150/month for 2 lessons per week
