The Training Habit offers one on one personal training, semi- private training and small group classes. All personal training sessions are customized to each client's specific goals and body type. Our small group classes provide an energetic atmosphere but still offer individualized attention with a max of 12 clients per class.

Your first session consists of a fitness assesment, body fat testing and a mini work out all free of charge.
Our trainers hold certifications in yoga, pilates, olympic weight lifting, corrective exercise, general personal training, sports nutrition, fitness and life coaching.
All packages can be found on our website www.TheTrainingHabit.com. One on one training costs $55-$65 per session and our group classes are $99 for monthly unlimited.
Myself and most of my trainers have been athletes as children and in college.
We have experience with every type of client from beginner to advanced.
