I teach Authentic Yoga rooted from Indian Philosophy. I am just a guide to healp people finally find mental and physical peace through proper breathwork in combination with mantras and Asanas chosen specifically for the new student. I do not teach a one for all class.... Yoga is a work in not a work out....it is a work in.
I simply love to help people feel Good and get out of their heads to have self confidence, peace, calm, love... joy is the ultiomate goal..losing fear and adding playfulness in yoga and taking that into every day life...yea!!! i teach you how to be happy and let the small stuff go!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love people and helping them t live a happier and healthier life. I ask questions to get to know the person before working with them to make sure we are a good fit and to see what their needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Yoga alliance certified from Purnam Yoga in India in wholistic healing through body, mind and spirit movement . I also have training from Ruh school in India. I have 2 more yoga certifications from Thailand and one in the USA with world renowned Sean Corn and Suzanne Sterling. As well as 2 10 day silent meditation workshops and a pain to peace course.
I have a background in health and wellness for 16 years as well. My focus is Yoga therapy and art therapy with an emphasis on Parkinson's disease,hormone ballance, anxiey and stress relief.

my pricing depends on the travel time, studio use, group size and or if it is a private individual.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been in health and wellness for over 25 years and practicing Yoga for 8. I was able to heal myself through yoga and decided I wanted to help other people with physical, emotional and hormonal pain.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with parkinsons, people with injusries and women with homonal issues and mental issues.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Please ask questions. There are so many styles of yoga here in the west. What are your needs? What personality of a teacher do you wish for? are you looking for a work out? meditation? pranayama? healing of the mind, body and spirit.....ect
Is money an issue? Yoga is a commitment to a healthier and happier life are you able to finacially do this?
