I am just a guide to healp people finally find mental and physical peace through proper breathwork in combination with mantras and Asanas chosen specifically for the new student. I do not teach a one for all class.... Yoga is a work in not a work out....it is a work in.

I am Yoga alliance certified from Purnam Yoga in India in wholistic healing through body, mind and spirit movement . I also have training from Ruh school in India. I have 2 more yoga certifications from Thailand and one in the USA with world renowned Sean Corn and Suzanne Sterling. As well as 2 10 day silent meditation workshops and a pain to peace course.
I have a background in health and wellness for 16 years as well. My focus is Yoga therapy and art therapy with an emphasis on Parkinson's disease,hormone ballance, anxiey and stress relief.
