Yoga is beyond the physical postures that we often see on social media, studios, and gyms. I practice the yoga philosophies also known as the Yoga Sutras. The practice of Yoga shifts our lifestyle from the mat and off the mat where it counts the most; where life stressors may get the best of us.
A yoga practice that extends off the mat will help you deal with life's stressors or help you achieve your goals. I customize the session to meet your individual needs reflecting your body, your mind, and your essence. If you want to build strength in your body, so that you build strenght in other parts of your life, I am your yoga teacher!
My Yoga Toolbox includes physical postures, breathwork, meditiation, visualizations, relaxations, mantras (affirmations), changing (music), and lifestyle techniques. I would use the appropriate combination of tools to guide you to achieve your your goal with yoga.
