Wow she's awesome 👍 I am a novice yogi in the course of time practicing for the past 16 months,although I have been practicing TM FOR HALF A CENTURY Woops did I just date myself 😄 The point is Carmen peacefully and serenely talks you through your practice in a wonderful manner explaining the stetch and breathing so you may better understand the benifits your mind and body are receiving during the brief 60 minutes.
