I am enthusiastic, spontaneous and creative with every detail form of exercise and technique. My creativity develops a competitive format for the individual to push themselves mentally and physically. My style is oriented around having a great time becoming student-minded while incorporating a strong work ethic through skills development and basic athletic movements.
Education: Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (Westmont College)
Experince: 6 month internship in 805 Basketball Academy under supervision of head coach George Albanez (Shot Doctor)

How did you get started teaching?
Found a mentor who has been coaching for 25 years. Shadowed and learned from his style and formula in creating a balanced routine to connect the mind/body through movement and skill development
