We have instructors to teach everybody from the newest and youngest beginners all the way to seasoned musicians looking to expand their skills or learn new instruments. Private lessons are customized to each student's experience, musical interests and goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We place the student with one of our teachers, which one depends on which instrument the student wants to learn (although most of our teachers are multi-instrumentalists), the day they would like to have lessons (each teacher works on different days) and the style of music the student likes (our teachers are all working musicians with different styles, and although they teach all styles sometimes this helps us to find the best match)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our teachers are working musicians that play live all around San Diego - on top of that, they all have several years of experience teaching.

How did you get started teaching?
We opened 6 and a half years ago - we aim to provide a full range of services to support musicians at every step of their musical journey. Whether it's rehearsing, repairing, renting music gear or instruments, recording or lessons - we have the team and passion to help you.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have been teaching kids and adults for 6 and a half years now.

Check us out at the annual Ocean Beach Street Fair where we give out mini-lessons to anyone who wants to try an instrument with the chance to play and perform live right then and there!
