Yoga With Natalie O
About
I found yoga when I first moved to California, I was in a bad headspace at the time. I decided to go to a yoga class one day and then I didn't stop going. One of my passions is helping others, I was a psychology and communications major so I decided to get my 200 hour teacher training, since receving my certifcation I have contrinued on into a Yoga Therapy Program and have assisted with local yoga trainings.
I tailor the class to you. I can simply provide a workout/stretch or we can go more in depth about what is going on in your life. The time is yours!
I am also the co-founder of SoulSync where we bring yoga festivals to different cities in the US. I plan retreats as well as workshops and host classes around San Diego.

Working with people and helping others. When I create a plan for a client/student and I can see the work helping them and they kind of light up it's why I do the work.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Really make sure you like the instructor and feel supported. Sometimes in yoga some things will come up and you want to feel comofrtable. Get to know the teacher to make sure they are right for you! Dont force anything, if the connection isnt there continue your research! Make sure you give the instructor any injuries or issues you have and ask if they have worked with that and examples!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. What injuries have you worked with? Give examples!
Think of there needs and see if the instructor can meet that!! it's just like going to a therapist or new Doctor get to know the credentials and ther past experiences to make sure they are qualified
