About this pro

I have transformed my entire life through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I am passionate about helping other people who are suffering from life's stresses and need some relief. Whether it be a self esteem issue, anxiety issue, or maybe it just someone interested in relaxing or checking out the effects of Yoga or Meditation I am in love with the way it has helped me and I feel grateful to be able to help anyone I can get introduced to these benefits.

I love helping people connect to their physical body through the breath.  Breathwork has been my passion for a while because I have suffered with shortness of breath my whole life due to stress. When I discovered the healing power of breathwork and the Yoga teachings I couldn't help but get involved in the communnity. I absolutely love that aspect.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will assess my students initally and figure out what they want and need. I will then begin with Pranayama Breathing techinques. I create an asana sequence tailored to their needs paying attention to any injuries with the clients goals in mind.  I like to use guided meditations throughout the class. Every session is created for the unique experience desired by the client. My goal is to create a challenging yet loving yoga practice for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor.

I have done continuing education in Mudras, Meditations, and Breathwork with well know Yoga Masters like Mark Whitwell, Saul David Raye, and Michael Brian Baker.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge 75$ per 1 hour session of Private Yoga. I also do Meditations for 50$ per hour.  You can buy packages of 5 for 250$

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I just got back from Bhakti Fest in Joshua Tree. I worked with many amazing people and I got to take some classes by the best of the best teachers from around the world. I am going to Sedona Yoga Festival in February and I am excited to get some more training in how to treat PTSD with yoga.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Connection is key. Trust is everything. Make sure you feel comfortable with your instructor so the most effective work can be done.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
