PranaYoga And Meditation
About
I have transformed my entire life through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I am passionate about helping other people who are suffering from life's stresses and need some relief. Whether it be a self esteem issue, anxiety issue, or maybe it just someone interested in relaxing or checking out the effects of Yoga or Meditation I am in love with the way it has helped me and I feel grateful to be able to help anyone I can get introduced to these benefits.
I love helping people connect to their physical body through the breath. Breathwork has been my passion for a while because I have suffered with shortness of breath my whole life due to stress. When I discovered the healing power of breathwork and the Yoga teachings I couldn't help but get involved in the communnity. I absolutely love that aspect.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just got back from Bhakti Fest in Joshua Tree. I worked with many amazing people and I got to take some classes by the best of the best teachers from around the world. I am going to Sedona Yoga Festival in February and I am excited to get some more training in how to treat PTSD with yoga.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Connection is key. Trust is everything. Make sure you feel comfortable with your instructor so the most effective work can be done.
