I'm Hannah Freet, a certified second generation yoga instructor! After finding yoga, it has changed my life for the better! Yoga is not only about the poses, it is about connecting the mind and body through breath, allowing you to relax and find your true nature- that inner bliss that exists in all of us!

When you first become a yoga student, it can be overwhelming in a typical case setting, particularly during the first few classes. It can seem difficult to keep up and personal flexibility might require a little work before it becomes easier to get into different poses.

In a private yoga class rather than a regular studio class, I can help you gain foundational knowledge and show each move/pose personally and at your own pace, which can ensure proper alignment, comfortably and understanding.
