About
I enjoy working one on one with students. I taught high school photo and yoga. Love working with teens, or anyone who thinks they can't do yoga. Thinks they can't loose weight. Anyone who wants to have yoga in their life in anyway. I have been practicing since I was a teen. I have always loved helping people and teaching and leadng them to a better life. I think yoga helps in so many ways. It has in my own life and I want to share this with others.
I became certified in 2008 with yoga works in Santa Monica. I have received another certificate in 2015. I teach at Harrah’s hotel. And privates.
I work with different techniques to fit what is best for the student. Yoga is about the individual and where they are. As a teacher, I am here to offer a safe learning environment-- it's about you, not about me. The yoga teacher is a guide to help you open doors.
