I offer yoga, meditation, and Breathwork sessions that are rooted in ancient philosophy and are delivered privately to each individuals specific needs as well as in safe and online group sessions.

I have almost 10 years of experience and have lived and taught all over the world where I gained first hand experience from traditional teachers and monks.

I blend a fusion of styles providing a fun and challenging experience that will leave you revitalized and relaxed.

My expertise lies in helping you learn to heal yourself and build a practice that you can incorporate into your lifestyle. I believe in Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama as a lifestyle choice that allows one to live their most optimum experience of life.

    For private sessions, I offer a free 15 minute consultation on the phone or in person where we discuss my students needs, aim, goals, and desired approach. We then create a plan from there and I will implement a guided relaxation and tutorials for new practices.

    I studied in India and have am YAII 200hr certified with 9+ years experience working around the world.

    Baseline is $80/hour for private sessions.

    By having my own very serious practice and getting further training in India then I founded the Yoga Society in my college and hand been teaching ever since.

    All ages, male and female, athletic and not, people with anxiety, depression, and professional athletes as well as couples, children, all women groups, and all male groups.

    Being a co-facilitator for a women's group.

    Make sure you feel good and comfortable with your teacher no matter what and with the style they teach.

     For example I blend traditional Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Kundalini so if you're interested in Ashtanga you'd have to seek another professional.

     With private sessions it's very important to feel comfortable and connected to your teacher so that you get the most out of your experience.
