Whether you are looking to tune into inner peace, work on flexibility, or give attention to an injury, I am here to help you. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years, and teaching professionally for 4. I bring knowledge and care to each client to serve each individuals needs in both body and spirit. I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, marathon runner, cyclist, hiker, and animal lover. Yoga has helped me overcome serious running injuries, in addition to bringing me a deep peace that I have never felt before. Additionally, I love studying yoga theories and history and sharing this with my students!
