I have been teaching yoga for several years now and love every moment of it. I particularly love being able to connect with each and every student and create lesson plans that can accomodate everyone's individual needs. Additionally, I love to see each student's progression; whether recovering from an injury, finding the stregth to make it through a severe illness, or mastering a challenging pose.
I love that no two students are alike and this keeps my work ever-changing and exciting. Every body is different, every person has a different intention for why they come to their practice, and I love being able to honor each and every one of those.
Through the help and dedicated practice of yoga, I have been able to regulate my anxiety, reduce my stress, and alleviate majority of my physical ailments and body pains/aches. For these very reasons, I would love the opportunity to share Yoga and all its benefits with you!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would recommend finding a teacher/style that resonates with you. Eveyone thrives in different environments, settings, and teaching styles. Find one that seems to fit what you are looking for and can support your personal needs; whether theat's deepening your practice, or finding support for an injury or illness.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Always talk to your teacher about any ailments or injuries you may be experiencing, so that the instructor can ensure you are not doing anything that may cause furthur injury and prevent discomfort. Everything can be modified to accommodate your level of experience, discomfort in the body, or injuries.
