Core Progression Elite Personal Training
About
We are a state of the art private personal training studio in Northglenn and provide one on one, small group, and group training. I manage a team of great trainers and also train clients myself,
We stand out for many reasons. One is that all of our trainers have four year college degrees in a health/exercise related field. We are also the official Fitbit Colorado fitness ambassadors, we're the official trainers of the Bronco's Cheerleaders, and recently won Personal Trainer of the year award from Channel 7 news.
When you join Core, you get an individualized workout plan and nutrition plan geared towards your specific goals. When working with a trainer, you don't pay a sign up fee or additional membership fee. It's just one flat session rate.
