After 17+ years working behind a desk, I’d become quite ‘out of shape’, inside and out. Soon after starting classes with Liz, forgotten muscles began to re-appear and, with just one to two classes per week, that toning trend continues. Due to Liz’s carefully designed sessions, in only three short months, my posture, muscle tone, strength and stamina are quickly improving and, amazingly, I have regained full range of motion in my neck for the first time since a serious car accident 41 years ago!
Although initially hesitant to take a group class, I’ve been 100% comfortable. For me, group classes with Liz are on a par with private sessions I’ve had elsewhere around the country.
Whether there are three students or ten, Liz constantly observes to make sure that each of us is in correct posture ensuring safety at all times. Whenever a correction is necessary, I find her instruction to be clear and supportive.
With Liz’s honed expertise and guidance, I’ve watched as students of all ages receive the personalized attention and instruction necessary to navigate any individual physical issues and safely participate in yoga postures.
