About
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelors in Psychology. I have been training clients for the past 5-6 years now and I have helped various clients of all different backgrounds. My extensive background as an athlete has helped me tremendously to help other people meet their fitness needs and training for martial arts. I have done track and field, cross-country wrestling an judo during my high school years. I managed to be District Champion, 2nd Place in the Region and placed 6th at the State Championships in wrestling all in one year. I started judo at the age of 6 and my accomplishments include being two-time senior men’s national champion, two-time world team member, 3rd Place at the Judo Pan-American Championships, placing in many World Cup tournaments and being ranked number 34 in the world. I am currently a third degree black belt (Sandan) and have been training in judo for over 20 years now. All of this training and competition background has helped me gather all of the knowledge necessary to transform ones body into the best version that they can possibly be.
I enjoy helping clients reach their desired goals and seeing them be at their very best physically, mentally, and emotionally. I enjoy building the bondship while working together and creating a unique journey that makes the experiences priceless.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually meet with a new client one on one either at their location or at my facility for the first consultation, which costs $35 to do a detailed consultation based on their needs and what they're looking for. From there we discuss the clients goals, their overall lifestyle when it comes to fitness and well-being, our compatibility, any health problems that need to be addressed before we begin and to sign a few forms such as the waiver/release form before we begin our training session. After discussing all of that, we go to scheduling, how many times a week we will see each other for training and the price for the training services after going through the consultation meeting. I do month to month training so the prices are dependent on how many times the client is looking to train a month. The client can have a try out session for $70 and after the session we can discuss the training package the client would like to purchase for the month. Again the money is non-refundable once the client makes the payment. The client must also cancel a minimum of 6 hours before we start training or there will be a late cancellation fee. Missed sessions can be made up up to a month later from the first missed session date and both the trainer and client both have to agree on a time and date in which to make up the sessions.
