We off small group and personalized training. We also offer a variety of class formats including, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Cardio, and Circuit training. We are a NASM and AFAA preferred facility with qualified trainers. The National Academy of Sports Medicine is a researched and evidence-based fitness model with tools that are proven to work for clients at any fitness level to set and meet their goals. I love helping people to set and meet their goals! I enjoy working out myself, staying postiive, listening to music, and good meals! Sometimes we even cook with our clients and we share recipes as part of the program as well.
