About
We are knowledgeable individual in multiple sports such as; football, basketball, and track. We still participate in sports in our leisure time. We played multiple sports as a young child up to college. We played high school and college football. CoachTony played football at Homestead Senior High school from 2001-2005, and I played for Northern Iowa Area Community College in 2008 and I played at Edward Waters College from 2010-2012. Coach Troy played high school football at Palmetto and collegiate football at Edward Waters College, and Coach Jamal played high school football at South Dade high school and collegiate football at ASA College. We all played both ways on all levels which is why we have knowledge on offense and defense. We played Runningback, Fullback, Slot- Reciever, on offense and Cornerback, Safety, and Linebacker on defense.
We enjoy motivating the young players and letting them know that hard work pays off in the end. We also coach flag football.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process is:
1. Figure out what client is looking to get out of the services.
2. Set goals for client.
3. Test skill levels.
4. Redirect Mistakes.
5. Build up weakness & Progress with strengths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from coaching camps that we attended and life experiences from playing sports.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
No we don’t.
How did you get started teaching?
We just love working with youth in all capacities and we found this opportunity through social media. Coavh Tony and Coach Troy are teachers in the school system during the day which makes them have a passion for our youth. Health awareness and fitness are elements that have been embedded with them since childhood which have carried over into adulthood.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with football, basketball, and track athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were doing a training session and we saw that our client was getting down on his self for constantly making a false step out of his stance. We had to explain to him that in sports nothing happens over night and you have to gain muscle memory which will require time and effort.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they offer services that you need and are looking for.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What am I looking for? What am I trying to accomplish? Can I afford the services?
