I am a Trainer who is dedicated to making sure my clients receive proper instructions in fitness, regarding form and techique, very important and all else will evolve thru motion.
I am a Blackbelt in Chinese Kenpo, practioner of the chinese martial arts. I keep myself a testament of what a Trainer should represent himself as. I work with the clients to feel comfortable and keep the training fun...so lets get fit together.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We sit and talk about their goals, then do some lite work to see their motions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ranked Blackbelt Martial Artist, been training for many years and fool everyone with my age! Working on my cert in Personal Training at NCSF.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices will vary according to type of training, tend to charge a little less if just physical training but Boxing a little more due to he techiques that have to be learned in order to understand how to move, Funny question I ask, "can you dance"!
I will have 30, 45 and 60 min sessions!
How did you get started teaching?
Started when I first saw Bruce Lee, hooked since.! Learned from many established NYC trainers in difeerent aspects of training!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young kids to older adults.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When I can see of step dad who is 72 yrs old move around doing the boxing training I put him thru, loves it!

You should know from the first meeting or three, max...
Their knowledge and the way they carry themselves, also do they represent the part!
