Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At Stello Cardio Boxfit, I start with a quick chat to understand your goals, fitness level, and any limitations. Then, I create a personalized plan combining boxing and cardio. Each session is tailored to your needs, and I track your progress while keeping you motivated and accountable every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a former professional boxer with years of in-ring experience and hands-on training. I’ve studied boxing technique, conditioning, and cardio fitness extensively, and I continue to train clients using proven methods that deliver results. My background gives me the edge to coach with real-world knowledge and intensity.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching after my time as a pro boxer. People around me—friends, family, and gym members—started asking for help with their fitness and technique. I realized I had a real passion for coaching and breaking things down in a way people could understand. From there, I began training clients full-time and built Stello Cardio Boxfit to help others find their strength through boxing.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types of students—from complete beginners to amateur fighters, seniors looking to stay active, and everyday people wanting to lose weight or get in shape. Some come for stress relief, others for serious training. I tailor each session to fit their needs, whether it's fitness, technique, or overall wellness.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One recent moment I’m really fond of was training a new client who hadn’t worked out in years. After just a few sessions, she told me she was already sleeping better, feeling more confident, and actually looking forward to working out. Seeing that shift in her energy and mindset reminded me why I love what I do—helping people tap into their strength and feel good again.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a coach who not only knows the craft but can adapt to your pace and goals. Make sure they prioritize safety, form, and motivation—not just intensity. Ask if they offer personalized plans and track progress. Most importantly, choose someone who makes you feel supported and inspired every session. Chemistry matters as much as credentials.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Before reaching out, students should consider:
1. What are my goals? (Weight loss, strength, endurance, stress relief?)
2. What’s my current fitness level?
3. Do I have any injuries or limitations?
4. How often can I realistically train?
5. What motivates me?
6. Do I prefer in-person or virtual sessions?
Knowing these helps us build the right plan from day one.
