I grew up an athlete, but I didn't always remain in the best shape after my days of playing sports was over. I decided that one day I wanted to feel like my old athletic self again and do everything I can to remain my most healthy self. For me, fitness isn't just about your physical state. It's about your mental state as well.With all this being said, I like to challenge people mentally and physically by helping to engage in things that can help your mind while we are reaching the goals that help your body.
