Hey heeeey! My name is Samira, but everyone calls me Sam! I am a certified fitness trainer and yoga/meditation teacher, and I have been training and doing what I love for almost 4 years now. I grew up an athlete, but I didn't always remain in the best shape after my days of playing sports was over. I decided that one day I wanted to feel like my old athletic self again and do everything I can to remain my most healthy self. For me, fitness isn't just about your physical state. It's about your mental state as well.With all this being said, I like to challenge people mentally and physically by helping to engage in things that can help your mind while we are reaching the goals that help your body. Whether it's a personal training session, or yoga session, I like to create a fun atmosphere and set a vibe of nothing short of positivity and a space where you can be open and yourself. I will challenge you to be your best, and you'll leave each session feeling accomplished.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before taking on clients, I always provide a free consultation for you to come in and we discuss your goals together. From there, I will create a personalized plan for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach. I have 6 years of experience, I currently hold my Masters degree in Kinesiology along with these certifications.
