About
We focus on helping students find the right yoga class for their needs. Our classes are held in supportive community where our teachers focus on using alignment to keep our students safe while practicing. We also offer private lessons.
All teachers are certified through Yoga Alliance and have gone through an apprenticeship with the owner, Lara Worsham, E-RYT 200, RYT 500 with a special intreset and training in Seniors. Lara has been practicing for more than 15 years and have been teaching for 5. She also holds Level One Certification for Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We talk on the phone and see what they are looking for and then create a plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and have earned my E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 Advanced Training Certificates. RYT 500 Advanced Training was completed through the Asheville Yoga Center.
