My teaching approach:

I believe that students interests should be addressed but also need to be prepared to be musicians. Reading standard notation and understanding how music works is essential to the process. I have a varied professional background, have performed in various parts of the country as a guitarist and bass player and have a BM in Music Composition and Classical Guitar Performance.
