We offer group and private classes based in circus arts and circus inspired fitness classes. Come learn acroyoga, aerial silks, aerial hoop and static trapeze from actual circus performers and teachers.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin working on foundational skills with all new students focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and movement quality. Everything is broken down in progressions and drills so each student can find success and challenges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hr ryt
Level 2 Acroyoga International Certified
Fit for Flight aerial silks certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Group classes are $15 for ground based classes $25 for aerial classes. Private lessons are $100 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I was an aerial performer that kept gettign asked to teach skills. It was an easy transition into teaching what I know and do.
What types of students have you worked with?
I perfer working with adults but have occasional kids classes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
If I'm not in the air or training acrobatics I enjoy yoga and swimming.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The is a workout like no other. It's the most fun you'll ever have getting strong.
