Yoga And Movement With Brennan
About
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with and studied under world-renowned teacher Meghan Currie. I've also undergone certification through Functional Anatomy Seminars, a professional organization leading the way in science-based training for long-term joint health and mobility. Every client I work with receives a full joint assessment to have an objective understanding of their current joint health and movement capacity, and all programs are customized per my client's needs, goals, and interests!
Movement is my passion, I believe it's the foundation for health and happiness, and I love helping other people build a personal practice that keeps them healthy and brings them joy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a question and answer session to get a sense of what their goals and interests are, then we complete a full joint assessment to discover if there are any limitations or issues that we need to be aware of before moving forward. After the assessment, I customize programming that is in my client's best interest giving a roadmap to how we'll achieve their goals!

200 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher
Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist
Certified Kinstretch Instructor
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For in-person clients, I typically bundle four sessions at $80 apiece for a $320 monthly cost. For those interested in long-term programming, I offer 3 and 6-month programs at an even further discounted rate.
How did you get started teaching?
After practicing yoga for 6 years, I traveled to Bali to study with my all-time favorite teacher, Meghan Currie. When I returned to the US I began teaching at a couple of different studios, and since then I have expanded my credentials and offerings to mainly focus on private work.
What types of students have you worked with?
I mainly work with adult athletes who are looking for ways to take care of themselves and improve their sport, adults who are working to be more active, and seniors who need an outlet that is lower impact.
