About
Hey guys, I specialize in movement and mechanics. I focus on cornerbacks mainly but I teach angles and movement for various positions. If your coach doesn't teach eye discipline, feeling routes and using hands, and angles I'm your man. I do drills to focus on mechanics and more importantly, situational train. I played division 1aa football and have over 15yrs of coaching experience
Progress and molding players into technicians and seeing the training transfer into games. I just love football

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Talk to the student and parent and find out what position they play and what they're goals are. Watch film and/or watch them go through specific movements to assess what mechanics we need to address. I will breakdown what I see and then put together a program. I will share the program with the athlete and parent with the progression and what specific mechanics we will attack each day. They we'll get better!

How did you get started teaching?
After coaching for years I started helping a coach that I coached with so some private football training for some local high school kids. I was just helping and sharing ideas, but really still strictly in coach mode. After years of coaching, former athletes started referring people to me for consultation and asking did I train. So I decided to start training track first then transitioned to football.
