Live your happiest, healthiest life!
One-on-one instruction to help you develop a yoga practice that will help you live in physical, mental, and emotional freedom.
Classes are tailored to you and influenced by the following styles:
* Vinyasa (active, warms the body)
* Restorative (resting, supported by props, calms the nervous system)
* Yoga nidra (yogic sleep, guided meditation)
* Breathing exercises and techniques
* A combination of any of the above!
Yoga comes in so many different styles. I love helping students discover a practice that works for them.
I believe that my purpose as a yoga teacher is to assist my students in developing a practice that will help them live their very best lives. Through one-on-one instruction, we can explore yoga styles and tools that will help you feel good and meet your goals.

I love Emmi's classes. She has beginning and experienced students. No matter your experience level her classes are fantastic!
Before meeting with a new student, I like to connect with them over the phone for a (free) 15- to 20-minute conversation about their goals and desires for private yoga.
Some things we will talk about are:
* The student's yoga experience
* Their physical, mental, and emotional goals for one-on-one yoga instructions
* Past or current injuries
* Yoga styles they like or are interested in trying
After we speak over the phone, we will schedule an in-person lesson. I will make a plan based on what we've talked about. And we can continue to change and tweak our lessons as we continue to work together.
I am a Registered Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level. I earned my certification through Kindness Yoga Denver's yoga teacher training.
One-on-one lessons are $60 an hour.
If there will be additional students, we will discuss a rate for each student depending on the group size and other factors.
I have worked with a wide variety of students, from 10- to 72-years-old. I have taught lessons one-on-one and classes sizes from 3 students to 50.
