At seeking solace yoga studio we teach for the individual. Everyone has had their own unique life experiences and should be taught accordingly. All of our teachers are trained in many aspects of health and fitness. We addressed each client holistically, body mind and soul body. We are always continuing our education in the healing arts to find the tools that best fit each clients individual needs
