Hi! My name is Courtney Ezzell, I'm 22 years old from Kansas City. I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. My soul ignites when I get to help, serve, and empower others. I love all things yoga, dancing, singing, animals, art, and staying active in my community! I have been teaching yoga since February 2018 when I completed my Yoga Teacher Training.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to get you in touch with your mind and body. To learn how to love yourself from the inside out. To embrace strength, positivity, confidence and self-worth. Yoga is an exhilarating practice of looking deep inside yourself. Whatever transformation you are seeking out of this practice; clarity, peace of mind, focus, strength, flexibility, allow me to be your guidance, accountability, and personal cheerleader, rooting for you every step of the way!
This practice gets me excited when I get to help others achieve their physical and mental goals! Consistency is key and I love being that accountability partner for someone. There is no greater reward than seeing someone have a breakthrough in their practice for the first time or leaving a practice feeling absolutely refreshed and reenergized.
