I am a Holistic Yoga instructor. I studied Akhanda yoga in Rishikesh, India in 2011 and have been teaching ever since. The range of my classes and workshops include:

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start by discussing the reasons why you are interested in yoga, body conditions and areas in which you want to work on. If a beginner, we start with beginning yoga poses and learning sun salutations. Intermediate or advanced yogis will move into hatha flow and meditation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Akhanda Yoga levels 1, 2 and Prenatal (200-hr YTT)

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices range from $50-75 per session.
Sessions run 60-90 mins.
Cost depends upon how many sessions booked weekly/monthly.
Packages of 4,8, 10 sessions are also available.
How did you get started teaching?
After my training I started teaching at Peace Yoga in downtown LA. After a year of teaching classes, I began taking personal clients. I now continue as a personal yoga teacher, dreamworker and focus on workshops & retreats.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners, advanced, partners, ages 15-70.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Consult and try a teacher out to make sure you are a good fit! Yoga is fun and uplifting and will challenge you in more ways than just the physical.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What can you afford for your spiritual, mental, and emotional health and well-being?
How often are you able to commit to your yoga practice?
