I’m a health and fitness training professional. I perform individiualized assessments, and design safe effective exercise and conditioning programs. I'm also a certified yoga teacher. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Promotion and I’m a former division I cross country track and field athlete. Additionally, I'm a mother. I provide quality wellness coaching too. I specialize in women, pregnancy, and postpartum wellness. Also athletes, nutrition, mindfulness, and training people with injuries or special needs. I operate on a sliding scale fee.
