About

Neutral Ground Yoga was founded on the principle that yoga can be practiced by anyone. We pride ourselves on making yoga accessible to students from all fitness levels, backgrounds, and experiences.

All of our classes are taught by experienced, certified, compassionate yoga instructors. Come and see how our supportive and inclusive class environment can help you bring yoga and mindfulness into your life.

I founded Neutral Ground Yoga to make yoga accessible to everyone. I really enjoy helping students to feel better in their bodies. Yoga can help people of all fitness levels to increase their flexibility and strength as well as reduce anxiety and stress.

I specialize in teaching Restorative and Beginner Vinyasa yoga and have been teaching for 5 years. It's important to meet the students where they are in their yoga experience. I have more than 500 hours of training behind me and am currently registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200RYT.

Restorative yoga was great. Relaxing and just the right amount for an uplifting experience.

Ive taken both the Level 1 Vinyasa Flow and the Restorative Yoga class at Neutral Ground Yoga.
The vinyasa class was just challenging enough to push me, but with enough basic instruction that I never felt out of my element. Im not an extremely experienced yogi but have taken classes regularly for about 7 months so I dont feel like a complete beginner. The class is perfect for beginners but challenging enough that someone with experience will get a lot out of the class and enjoy it.
The Restorative class is absolutely amazing! Virginia works to ensure that every pose works for you, and if it doesnt she finds something that does. This class leaves me feeling restored and recharged and ready for anything new that comes my way. I walk out feeling amazingly at peace with a sense of calm that I just havent found anywhere else. This class is probably my favorite part of my week and I recommend it to anyone who will listen to me talk.

Frequently asked questions

I recommend new students arrive to their first class about 15 minutes early so I can talk with them about their goals and expectations.

I try to offer as many modifications as possible during the class in order for the students to get the most out of the class.

I am a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance - certified RYT200.

I am currently finishing up an additional 300 hours of training - equivalent to a Masters degree.

We have a great introductory special - a five class package for $22.
