About this pro

Our intention is to promote a discipline of practice rather than focus on specific goals.  Over time, the discipline frees one into a pattern of supporting one's well being.

We offer an early morning practice of SADHANA from Monday to Friday at 5 am for one hour of devotional yoga and meditation to create our day with joy and ease of movement through challenges, issues and time.

Over the 25 years of teaching, over 30 students have become certified teachers not to teach always but to be become examples of the living YOGI in daily living...such a gift to oneself.

Yoga401k instructors are certified in the Kundalini Yoga tradition and are members of IKYTA, International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and attend 3HO events, e.g., Summer and Winter Solstice/Tantric Yoga.
