Our intention is to promote a discipline of practice rather than focus on specific goals. Over time, the discipline frees one into a pattern of supporting one's well being.
We offer an early morning practice of SADHANA from Monday to Friday at 5 am for one hour of devotional yoga and meditation to create our day with joy and ease of movement through challenges, issues and time.
Over the 25 years of teaching, over 30 students have become certified teachers not to teach always but to be become examples of the living YOGI in daily living...such a gift to oneself.
Yoga401k instructors are certified in the Kundalini Yoga tradition and are members of IKYTA, International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and attend 3HO events, e.g., Summer and Winter Solstice/Tantric Yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students of all levels are welcome. Individual lessons available by appointment with brief phone interview to ensure time is well spent upon private lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assisted my teacher, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, during my early practice and substituted for his classes in Cambridge early on.
Attended Summer and Winter Solstice Yoga Camps over the past 20 years and have taught classes to this international gathering of yogi(ni)s.
Certified since 1993 and have taught in the Middle East, Canada and throughout New England. Have lead workshops and seminars in addition to regular teaching schedule.
Am trained as a PreNatal Yoga and Meditation Instructor in the Khalsa Way (supportive of natural birth methods).
