Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?

After I graduated from YTT in 2011, I began teaching right away. I started with once weekly classes and when I moved to the Cape a month prior to graduation I was already teaching 5x a week. I now own a yoga studio and teach 6-9 times a week.

What types of students have you worked with?

All students. I have worked wth many bodies, many with RA & MS as well as fit newbies who are learningg the ropes. Yoga is a place for everyone.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I love yoga reaches out events once a year where 1,000+ yogis raise money for children’s organizations.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask ALL the questions! Know who you’re looking for. I’m a very spiritual teacher. You may be on the hunt to lose weight - look for a fitness yoga teacher. If you’re looking to heal a broken heart, or trauma or infuse your world with more joy - I’m your girl. Be sure to ask questions in the realm of what you NEED.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What is my “end goal”? Why do I want private lessons? Do I want more flexibility? Healing? Release? Do I want to lose a few pounds? Or learn how to do a headstand? Do I WANT reiki? Essential oils? Crystals? Hippie stuff? Do I want a hot power class? Or a soft glow and gentle flow? Do I want goat yoga? Harry Potter yoga? To connect to my intuition?

What do I WANT out of these lessons?
