Serena Blaise Yoga

Serena has taught me everything I know about yoga, listening to my body and really opening up my mind to meditation. Before this I had severe anxiety, problems with managing stress and consistent back issues. I am grateful daily that we were inroduced at the exact time that I needed her skills in my life. She’s made such a huge impact in how I take care of myself on both a personal and professional level. I highly recommend her as an instructor, mentor and friend.

Serena is an amazing teacher! She is such a kind and caring person which makes her an awesome yoga instructor. Serena is very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She is always welcoming and her class is very peaceful and beneficial. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing yoga for years, Serena is a great instructor for everyone!

Serena exudes calming vibes and always talks through poses in a way thats easy to understand and doesnt disrupt the flow of the class. Shes an awesome instructor whose class I look forward to every week!

Serena is amazing! Her voice and energy are so calming and relaxing. She was the first (and only) yoga instructor I have ever had and she eased me into the class and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone experienced, or not, try one of her classes!
