About
I have a solid yoga training background and many years of teaching public classes as well as private instruction. I listen to the needs and desires of my clients and develop programs that allow them to attain goals and achieve success. I believe strongly that yoga is a life- enhancing discipline and truly love to share my knowledge with people.
I am passionate about introducing yoga to people and to work with individual interests, goals and health needs/limitations. I thoroughly enjoy helping people feel better in their physical bodies as well as helping them learn to reduce stress and increase peace and relaxation in their lives.

We also talk in depth about their goals ( fitness, stress reduction, meditation, etc.), address any special accommodations, and together we develop a plan to go forward.
