I offer philosophical-based yoga. My sequences are rooted in alignment and are centered around a peak pose, but I also offer teachings on how to bring the practice off the mat and into the world. Yoga is meant to be lived! And the mat can be a mirror to seeing ourselves more objectively and becoming who we truly are rather than who we've been patterned to be.
I am 200-hour certified and teach at local yoga studios and corporate yoga to businesses, as well as private yoga. I am continuously educating myself by studying with my teachers. I assist the New School of Yogic Arts, a 200-hour yoga teacher training school in Brookline, MA.
I love seeing students deepen their own practices and become more authentically themselves. Yoga is a new way of being, and it's really exciting to watch students discover how that manifests itself both on and off their mats.

Our first session will be a way for me to get to know you better - why you want to dive deeper in to the practice and what you’re looking to get out of it. We will also go into some of your daily habits and behaviors so I have some of your life context as this is just as important to understand and work with as the poses are. We can also do this over email. This first session is completely free of charge - I want to make sure my offering will properly serve your needs before we commit to more time together.
I am 200-hour certified. I have completed 40+ hours of additional mentorship under my teacher, Laura Ahrens. I have assisted one of Laura's weekly classes for 1 year.
$100/hour. My sessions will always include homework to help students continue and deepen their practice between the times we meet.
Get to know the teacher and their offering, and make sure that teacher has a teacher and is constantly looking to learn. We need to continuously educate ourselves and evolve - this practice is a lifelong journey for everyone!
Always ask yourself - why? Why do you want to dive deeper? Why now? Why this teacher? Why this practice? You can never ask 'why' enough!
