We offer a variety of fitness classes from mat Pilates to strengthen your core, Yoga to rejuvenate your body and mind, Total Body Workouts to build strength and balance, or fusion style classes, such as PiYo LIVE or BOSU strong & stretched. Our Yoga instructors are 200hr certified with several years of teaching experience. TBYP Fitness offers all level classes welcoming beginners to those who have been practicing and exercising for many years. We offer an environment that is safe, fun and inviting to men & women alike of all ages who wish to improve their health & wellness.
Besides everything? I love seeing how people become healthier, stronger, and believe in themselves and their abilities. In addition to being a 200hr certified Yoga instructor I am also a certified Group Fitness instructor. I taught for several years at Gold's in Chicopee, MA before opening my own fitness studio in 2012. I am also a certified PiYo Live instructor, Balletone certified instructor, BOSU instructor and a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra guide having completed my training at Kripalu with Jennifer Reis 2015.

Yes, however it depends on status of student as well as the class card package purchased
How did you get started teaching?
My love of fitness and working with people started me first as a group fitness instructor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with Children from 4 yrs of age in our Children's yoga classes to 10 yrs old. I currently teach a high school Boys Basketball team yoga 2x a week in their pre-season. I have also taught students who needed to meet physical education credits to graduate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I attended the Beachbody Coach Summit in Nashville this past July where I workout with several celebrity trainers and networked with many other coaches who are driven to end the trend of obesity and help others live a healthy and fulfilling life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Give the class and instructor a try and see if it is a good fit both physically and mentally.

What are your health & wellness goals? Do you seek nutritional help, physical fitness help and motivation or both?
