About

I have had a diverse variety of experiece coaching the game of football. I have coached various levels from youth, high school to semi-professional and Arena level football. I have been and currently coach at the Semi-professional level which ranges form 18 to 40 years of age.

In addition to coaching on the field, i am also a Certified Personal trainer and have been training athletes for over 13 years. I have trainded all sports from softball, baseball, swimming to rugby, football, track and distance running.

I believe that in order to truly be effective as a coach you also have to understand the importance of getting the body ready for competition.

I enjoy nothing better than seeing athletes get stronger, more dynamic, explosive and excelling in their sport. It's always special to get the call from an athlete stating that they made varsity, they were selected for an all star team or are now playing professionally.

Moments like these make every minute worth it!
