My teaching style is slow and mindful and offers you the space to find calm in your everyday busy life. Come join me for private only yoga sessions to learn to manage your stress, help relieve pain, get better quality sleep and many other benefits! My belief is that yoga should be taught so that it is accessible to everyone. My mission is to weave authenic yoga principles into today's modern living to bring balance, peace and stability. Certifications: 200 Hr RYT, Registered Nurse, Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Health Coach. I currently offer private yoga lessons and reiki sessions in an inviting space.
