About this pro

The Zen Zone LLC is a mobile yoga studio! We travel to your home, place of business, gym, etc. Your choice!

A 20-year practitioner of yoga, I felt compelled to share my love of yoga but wasn’t sure which path to travel. After a rewarding career as a teacher and counselor, the path became clear; I traded my school teaching certificate for a yoga teaching certificate!

Certifications: RYT 200, CPR and AED, and Trauma-Informed Outreach Yoga

I welcome students of all ages, from ages 3 to 93! Visit my website for more information:

I enjoy helping people and I love yoga, so my work allows me to do both. Yoga has made such a positive difference in my life - physically and mentally - and I love sharing that positvity with others.

Yoga is one of the most simple and effective approaches toward increased self-esteem and acceptance. My favorite aspect of teaching is seeing students become aware of the importance of self-care. It's incredibly rewarding!

Andrea is compassionate about her work and the people who attend her classes! I am an Activities Director at a senior community and it is so great to offer Chair Yoga as an option for exercise program! My residents enjoy the class as well as Andrea! She is patient, knowledgeable and an overall FANTASTIC instructor!

The one-on-one attention Andrea provides. She truly understands her clients, shares all of her knowledge and helps you become your best self.

Andrea knows so much about yoga. She is very patient, and pushes you, but not to the point of feeling uncomfortable. She accepts your limitations and works with them. I always come out of her class refreshed and more "zen".

Over the past decade, I have been an off and on student of yoga. I’ve never found the right fit with an instructor to keep me interested or invested in the gifts yoga can provide—until Andrea. She is the perfect balance of patient teacher and empathetic guide. There is zero ego under her instruction and yet a calm and motivational spirit that encourages you to explore and learn. If you have been hesitant to try yoga for the first time, consider practicing with Andrea.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I meet students where they are at! We first discuss any past or present injuries they have may have. I assess their questions and concerns and together we make a plan to create the most optimal and fulfilling yoga practice possible. I believe you are your best teacher; you know what your body wants and needs on any given day. I work to provide exactly what you are looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

RYT 200 certification; CPR/AED certification; Trauma-Informed Outreach Yoga
